The food of La Marelle Janne love cooking and is proud to offer a range of menus prepared with fresh ingredients from the local markets and according to traditional recipies. Dinner is offered upon request. Dinner starts with a local 'aperitif' (Muscat St Jean de Minervois or sparkling wine from Limoux for example). Meals are also an opportunity to sample wines from the Minervois area and regional cheeses. Some examples of dishes: Starters Salade with warm goat cheese, Grilled aubergines with goat cheese, Asperges, ham & parmesan-cheese Main courses Boules de picolat (catalan dish of pork in a olive and wild mushroom sauce), duck served with Ratatoulle and roquefort sauce, lamb and gratinated potatoes, "filet de mignon" porc with orange-sauce, connfit de canard, cassoulet, saumon de Norvège with white wine sauce Desserts Aassorted cakes, crème brûlée, local cheese
